On September 13th, Global #gtchat on Twitter will host a special chat at the 13th International Conference of the European Council for High Ability (ECHA) in Munster, Germany at 2:45PM (local time)/8:45AM ET (U.S.)/7:45AM CT (U.S.). Find your time here. Follow the full session from 8.15-9.55AM ET and get involved, especially when we open up the discussion around 9.15-9.30AM ET.
Our chat will be part of the Symposium on Social Media and Gifted Education to demonstrate how social media can add value to a traditional conference setting.
Participants in the Symposium include Professor Joan Freeman (Discussant), Tim Dracup (Convenor), Prof. Dr. Peter Csermely, Professor Javier Touron and Prof. Dr. Albert Ziegler.
A preview of the presentations can be found here.
I would like to thank Mr. Tim Dracup for the information and links found in this post.
